# Garden Lover Wanted – Comfortable Home in Point Vernon, Hervey Bay 🌿

We’re looking for a reliable house sitter who enjoys pottering in the garden to care for our comfortable home in lovely Point Vernon, Hervey Bay\.

We’ve recently established a new garden and, while we’re certainly not expert gardeners ourselves, we’re hoping to find someone who enjoys looking after plants and can keep everything healthy and thriving while we’re away\. **A little gardening enthusiasm is more important than expertise\!**

Our home is comfortable, welcoming and well located, approximately 800 metres from the waterfront\. There’s a small convenience store just around the corner, although a car or bicycle is handy for reaching the main shopping areas, cafés and entertainment\.

Hervey Bay is a wonderful place to spend some time, whether you enjoy waterfront walks, exploring K’gari (Fraser Island), whale watching in season or simply relaxing and enjoying our beautiful coastal lifestyle\.

**A couple of things to know:**

We’ll be returning home for a day or two during the sit, but will stay in our separate granny flat at the rear of the property, leaving you with your own space and privacy in the main house\.

We’re also happy to offer some flexibility with the start and finish dates\.
