Hi we are Kara & Drew. Our home is a clean and tidy high set 2 bedroom Queenslander with a magnesium plunge pool, infrared sauna and organic vegetable garden in a Noosa hinterland town of Pomona.
Pomona is a beautiful, laid back town, where you can relax and chill out or seek out adventures such as climbing Mt Cooroora, mountain biking or bush walking. Noosa beach is only 30 minutes away. Known for the King of the Mountain race up Mt Cooroora, Majestic Theatre (Silent movie theatre) and Pomona Distillery.
We are located in town opposite a beautiful park with weekly farmers markets. IGA and shops, cafes / restaurants are 50 mtr away. Great location to explore the Sunshine Coast from or jump on the train to Brisbane, station a short stroll away and daily buses to and from Noosa.
We have three pets.
Cricket a gentle 12 yo wire haired jack russell / stumpy tailed cattle dog,
Chefy is a lovable 12 yo cat and Chester is shy 8 yo cats. Both are indoor ONLY cats.
All three are pretty independant although Cricket will need a walk every other day, throw of the ball in the yard or to the local dog park to play with her friends.
Feel free to pick produce to eat from our wicking bed veggie gardens, no need to water! No other duties are required except a quick empty of some water from the pool if we get a lot of rain and for you to enjoy your time in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland. Read more...
