Ten acres. Close to local pub, small IGA and cafes, and large towns within half hour.
Beautiful property with views. Couple preferred . Accommodation is in newly built one bedroom home with a spa on the deck to enjoy the views. Fully equipped gym available . Great wifi suitable for working remotely.
Reverse cycle air con/heater and a wood fireplace.

Looking for someone to stay with two dogs and a cat. Cat uses doggie door so no kitty litter. Dogs and cats sleep inside. We have cows and horses that are fairly self sufficient with auto filling water troughs, and a nearby neighbour if needed. Chickens have an auto door but need water checked . They free range and provide eggs.
Plants on verandah will need watering.
It’s a beautiful property and happy to FaceTime with a walk around video or a visit from you beforehand. South Gippsland is beautiful in April.
