About this house sitting position in Port Fairy

We live in the beautiful town of Port Fairy, 30 mins from Warrnambool. We have a new build of 12 months old, in a quiet court of only 6 houses. We are walking distance to 2 beaches and the town centre.

We have 2 cheeky west highland white terriers-Bosley 12 yrs and Maisie 7 years. They are highly spoilt with off lead beach walks, stubborn by nature, they aren't great on leads around town. They don't require much walking, take their time sniffing seaweed and talking to their doggy mates on the beach. They love to be around you like all dogs and sleep a lot. Bosley is a bit hard of hearing, he's such a sweet heart, always looking out for Maisie. Maisie is sweet, not as smart as Bosley, always has a look that she has no idea what's going on. However, if it involves food, she comes to the fore with gusto! She is super affectionate and will expect to be nursed, while watching T.V or reading.

We have just started an Air BnB, part of the house but quite separate. We'd be fairly keen to keep this going, as it's a new listing. A share in the takings could be negotiated for the right person/people.
There are options to be involved in the community, a great book shop with authors talks, films once a fortnight, U3A classes and talks.
Plenty to see in the region, especially if you are keen golfers, walkers, gardeners and enjoy ocean swimming. I'm part of an ocean swimming group who would be very welcoming.

I am an avid gardener and would require the garden to be maintained. Being a new build, it is a young garden and with some luck we will have much needed rain by May. This naturally, causes the weeds to take off, but are kept under control with an eagle eye when they appear.
