About this house sitting position in Port Lincoln

I have a three bedroom home on two acres. Our house is big, roughly 20 years old with original bathrooms and kitchen. It is very cosy with views of the ocean and farm land behind. We are on 2 acres at the top of a hill roughly 10 minutes out of Port Lincoln. I have a dog Thomas who is a mini schnauzer who is the main responsibility. He requires feeding once a day. I may or may not have two alpacas these should only require you to shut the gate every time you enter/leave the property and possibly fill their trough with water when needed.
I would prefer the sitter to be a couple that can stay in our newly painted guest bedroom downstairs. We do have split system ac in the Tv room and all Netflix, Disney plus etc. We will be traveling in a motor home so will be taking my cast iron pans and some of my kitchen things. So if you’re a traveler with some of your own cooking provisions this will be helpful.
