About this house sitting position in Port Macquarie Hinterland

.25 acre hobby farm in the Port Macquarie hinterland.
. 2 horses. No exercising or grooming needed. They love treats of carrots/apples.
. Small herd of Angora goats, very friendly, easy care.
. All livestock mostly graze on natural pastures. Stock food will be left if grazing conditions are poor.
. My home is a basic brick and tile structure.
. You must be non smoker and have own transport.
. You must be comfortable with and have some experience with farm animals/ horses.
.Plenty of room for RV or caravan, if you wish to go this way and use my amenities.
. Local village has servo, pub, school and club, but it's an easy 15-20 minute drive to the beaches, entertainment and shops at Port Macquarie.
. Great river fishing locally and plenty of hiking, bike riding trails. It is a very safe, peaceful area.
. As I will be overseas, I need to be sure you will stay the full time frame.
. As my animals are quite low maintenance, you will have lots of time to enjoy the many great things there are to see and do in the area.
