We live in a stand alone home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry, a large open plan fully equipt kitchen, dining and living area, with a second seperate living area. Large TV and couch. King bed in main bedroom. Comfortable mid century modern style home. Lively area but on a quiet street. Very close to many cafes, restaurants and bars, as well as short walk to tram, bus and train stops. 30 minute train to Melbourne CBD.

We have a very happy 4 year old Kelpie cross (see picture), who is approx. 30kg. He requires a 45-60 minute walk in the morning and afternoon/evening. He sleeps on the couch for the rest of the day. He would require breakfast and dinner (food/treats/lead all provided). He is very affectionate and playful to adults, but can be unpredictable with other dogs. While he is obedient and toilet trained around the house, he can not be off leash outside the home.
