Eager to explore the South Coast of NSW? Looking for a long term location to park up your caravan as a base of operations? Do you like dogs?
Then we have the perfect opportunity for you.
We have a 16 acre property located 2 kms off the Princes Highway, halfway between Narooma (25mins) and Bega (20mins). Only 20mins to Bermagui beach.
We have 2 staffie dogs, 3 fish tanks and a variety of plants (indoor and outdoor) that will require daily care while we are away. Our project jobs have a 2 and 1 roster, which require us to be away from the property for 2 weeks at a time, followed by us being back home for one week.

We are looking for a single person or couple who have their own van/caravan that would like to use our property as a long term base in return for caring for our animals and plants while we are gone. You would have full use of the properties facilities for the 2 week periods that we are away which include:
Kitchen
Loungeroom
Laundry / guest ensuite
60m2 undercover deck
Firepit / BBQ
2 dams

You would be required to feed and play with the dogs, feed the fish and water the indoor and outdoor plants.
For the one week period that we are home you can just relax on the property or use the time to explore the South Coast as we will take care of the animals and plants.We will also take care of all the mowing.

We are looking for reliable, trustworthy people with a long term commitment of at least 3 months, but there is definitely room to extend as our project will last for up to 15 months. We are seeking someone ASAP.
