Two storey townhouse in a large complex of four. 400m walk from beach. Parks across the road. Walking distance to public transport. Would have own room with a double bed and use of a semi en-suite. Laundry and kitchen.
I have two dogs. They are inside dogs. A cavoodle and a toy poodle cross. They require at least one walk a day. They are used to sleeping in my room.
