About this house sitting position in Raleigh

I have a cosy 3 bedroom cottage in Raleigh which is 20k's South of Coffs Harbour and 15k's East of Bellingen on the Mid North Coast of NSW. The area is close to Bongil Bongil National Park, the Bellinger River, North Beach, Mylestom and Tucker's Rock Beach. There are lots of activities nearby including golf, bowls, horse-riding, surfing, bush walks and more. There are lots of visiting native birds, water dragons and sometimes koalas.
I have no pets (apart from a small worm farm) and need mature house sitters to take care of my house, collect mail, water pot plants, garden and veggie garden plus general gardening and yard work. Keen gardeners are most welcome.

“Please be aware of this house owner - unfortunately she doesnt communicate her needs properly and then scorns you afterwards for minute details (she complained about a spot of grease on her stove - and provided photos of said grease) and also reprimanded me for leaving crumbs on her chopping board. In addition to that she also was dissastisfied with the finger prints in her fridge and unfortunately i think this person is quite miserable and after trying to reason with them and give them the benefit of the doubt, it was to no avail. I strongly warn anyone potential house sitters considering staying here. ” - Read more
