Brick home on 2.2 acres. 4 bedroom x2 bathroom, lounge, family/dining room/ kitchen. Outside undercover area, double garage, large shed space. Medium size lawn that will need mowing with rotary mower. Large garden area that is reticulated like lawn that would need minimal care. Few chooks to feed and water when required, fresh eggs to collect and use. Pool that will require normal pool upkeep, has robot cleaner which is easy to operate. Few sheep in back paddock that will need minimal attention.
