Large tv with large couch includes Netflix and other streaming services as well as Xbox. Home close to pub, corner store and dominos. 3min drive to main shopping centre with big w and Woolworths. Close to Stockton beach and main Newcastle nsw.

Pets are very easy. Dogs are very friendly and well behaved (mostly) may need a walk here and there and or dog park just down the road. Cat is super easy going, just needs food and a bit of love.

We would love someone/family etc to spend a beautiful Christmas in our home whilst we are away visiting family before our first Bub is born
