Our home is located in the seaside township of Redland Bay, 12.6 kms by road from the Cleveland or 41 kms from Brisbane CBD. The home is 1.6 kms from Moreton Bay and is located in an acreage estate on two thirds of an acre with accommodation at the rear.

The nearest shopping centres include an IGA which is 300 metres away or alternately Woolworths 3.2kms away at the Redland Bay town centre . Victoria Point shopping precinct which is approximately 7 kms away, has 2 Woolworths, Coles, Aldi, Bunnings, Cinema complex, Supercheap, Chemist Warehouse etc. The Redlands Satellite Health Centre is 2.1 kilometres away.
The local bus stop is opposite the IGA. A boat ramp and ferry terminal are both located1.6kms away allowing access to the lower Moreton Bay area and the bay islands.
We have air-conditioned guest accommodation at the rear of the house which includes a modern kitchen, combination living area with broadband internet, TV, stereo and bedroom with a queen bed, covered laundry area and semi attached toilet and shower on the rear of the house. A double garage is available for parking your car.
There is ample area at the side or front of the house for parking a mobile home or caravan.
We only require the plants to be watered and the lawn kept mowed and tidy. All garden tools are provided including a ride on mower, 4 stroke hand mower, blower and whipper snipper.
