A high-set Queenslander located on the side of a hill approximately 15 minutes drive from Cairns CBD and the northern beaches. The living area upstairs consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and family room with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large balcony. Downstairs is a fourth bedroom and third bathroom which would be available to the house sitters. The back yard is terraced on three levels with a pool on the middle level. There is a two car garage with further secure parking inside double gates which would suit a trailer or pop-top caravan. Duties would include watering the pot plants and general care of the house. Sitters who would be willing to look after the pool and mow the grass would be very welcome! Due to the design of the house and the nature of the site a certain level of fitness is required.
