About this house sitting position in Redlynch

Four bedroom single storey home with large garden and pool. Sitting is for 2 dogs a 10 year Border collie and a 5 year old pointer cross. My collie is super smart, obedient and active for his age. He is the very best dog. The pointer X is a rescue dog and seems to experience FOMO (fear of missing out!) He is super friendly but gets way too excited around other dogs and requires strict boundaries. The dogs are exercised twice a day however a walk once a day would be sufficient for the short period of the sit.
The home sits in a beautiful rainforest valley surrounded by mountains, creeks and walking paths. It's a comfortable modern home at the end of a quiet Close with good neighbours. There is a local Foodworks convenience store located in the Valley which offers a great selection of products at good prices.
The nearest shopping centre is 5km away with two supermarkets and speciality stores. Cairns city is 20 minutes away, the northern beaches are also about 20 minutes. Unfortunately there is no public transport. Ideally looking for a single or couple who enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this beautiful valley. The dogs are ok to be left during the day, if working however they are indoors overnight as they like human companionship and the home comforts of indoors. Read more...
