About this house sitting position in Renown Park

We live in a comfortable home that is nestled close to Adelaide city. We are one train stop from the city centre, or about a 10min drive. If you head in the opposite direction you will hit the beach in about 15mins. We are close to Plant 4 and all its cafes, a 5min drive to North Adelaide and its cafes and cinema, about a 5min drive to a supermarket, and are a 2min walk to a convenience store, post office, and takeaway shops.

The primary reason we are looking for a house sitter is because we would like someone to care for our kelpie, Murray. He is a 10yr old male dog who is calm and very loveable. He needs a daily walk but nothing too long. He is a kelpie with an off switch- a rare breed. He sleeps in doors but stays outside when no one is at the house. He loves pats and cuddles, and of course, a feed.

The back garden does not require much maintenance as it is watered by a timer. There may only be a few patches that need to be topped up every few days. The front garden is yet to be cleared of builders rubble, and no maintenance is needed.

The house was built a few years and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is a comfortable set up and easy to live in, with double glazing throughout, air conditioning, and fans. We have to finish off a few things such as blinds in the back room and replacing some of the side fence, but it is a secure, bright home. There is one kids room and a cot set up in the Master Bedroom, but we can move that.

We are going interstate to visit family and will be away for two weeks. Our dog sitter is unavailable at short notice, so we are eager to find someone who will enjoy the space and hanging out with Murray.
