About this house sitting position in Reservoir

Hi there
I am looking for a house sitter for Maxi my cheeky tuxedo fluff ball who likes to have a chat. She can be active at night before bed time and may wake up during the night to ask to be let outside. Currently we are trying to abide by council curfew but she is unable to tell the time so may come in a little later at night.
Maxi is a mix of indoor-outdoors and has free reign of the house at night. Maxi is fully house trained but likes to go outside to do her business but will use her kitty litter at night if she's stuck.

She's 10 going on 1 year old and likes to chase imaginary things at night and will use your bed as a launching pad for those little early hours moments of crazy cat. If you work from home, she may will keep you company on her office chair or likes to sun herself outside.

Maxi shares a two bedroom unit (part of three on the same driveway access) and it has a small backyard with lots of plants and a lawn. Its a quiet set of four units and I have two neighbours that I chat with.
There is off street parking for a car.

The usual house-rules include
Treat the house as if it were your own, No Smoking, No parties and No overnight guests.
I would prefer a single /couples to stay over (house not set up for children). There is a double bed in the spare room and a 3 seater couch with 2 recliners which is very comfortable for a nap during the day

I have most mod-cons and tend to rug up during the cooler nights or use a heated knee rug
There is WIFI and access streaming provided you don't change the passwords
Amenities are within 1-2.5 km depending on directions you want to head in
1km up Train Station and Coles, Banks and bakeries
and a couple of cafes, swimming pool.
In the other direction its about 1.5 km to the #86 Tram and summer hill shopping area (and if you want the full works Northlands is a 10 min drive away)
