We have a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with leafy front and back yards with fruit and vegetable gardens, 4 chickens and 1 adolescent dog. Pepper the dog is an 18 month old cocker spaniel x border collie who loves to be around people, enjoys a moderate walk each day and has kibble morning and evening.

We are a short walk away from a small supermarket and other local shops, and a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) from Cooleman Court, which has a woolworths, Aldi and other shops.

Stromlo Forest Park is a 15 minute bike ride/ 10 minute drive away and has fantastic mountain bike, road bike, swimming and running facilities. We're also close to Cooleman Ridge and Narrabundah Hill for walks / rides in the bush.
