About this house sitting position in Rockingham

We have a 4x2 home
Bedroom 1= king bed with ensuite with tv
Bedroom 2= Queen bed
Bedroom 3= 2 single with tv
3 dogs and 4 chickens
requires someone/ family to stay at the house and look after my dogs (9 + 10yrs) border collies and a fiestu adorable little 1yr old mini dacshund . I work from home twice a week so ideally i would prefer someone who can spend abit of time with the dogs through the day.
One of my dogs indi is blind and diabetic for the past 2yrs and requires her biscuits 12hrs apart along with an injection of insulin after her meals. Her current schedule is 7am and 7pm.
My chickens are a little spoilt and like treats in the evenings.
The dogs would love a walk but not mandatory.
