Hi there 👋 Cosy 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom family unit in quiet area of Rockingham. 8 minute walk to Rockingham shopping centre (groceries, fashion, food, cinemas etc). Close to public transport. Looking for someone to watch our house and our 4 fur babies. We have a super friendly 4 y/o ruby Cavalier named Ollie (neutered male). He only needs one slow 20-30 minute sniffy walk per day and he will be happy. Also loves car rides. We also have 3 Cats, Kaos (15 y/o black and white, neutered male, domestic long hair), Leo (3 y/o, white, neutered male, domestic long hair) and Luna (3 y/o, white, de-sexed female, domestic short hair). Cats are easy to take care of, happy as long as they are fed and get the occasional scratch. Automatic litter tray so very minimal cleanup needed. Empty litter waste basket twice a week and top up litter when needed. Nespresso coffee machine. Air conditioner/heater. Big tv with built in streaming. Comfy couch. Unlimited WiFi. External security cameras for added peace of mind. Fridge and cupboard will be stocked with your fave snacks 😊
