Prime location with a lake walk, beach sunsets… and two indoor cats who firmly believe they run the house.... I'm serious 🤣

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my ad.
First and foremost, my fur babies are my priority. I'm looking for someone who will enjoy spending time with Nālani and Mochi and treat both my cats and my home with the same care and respect they would their own. If you're simply looking for free accommodation and aren't genuinely interested in caring for animals or taking pride in someone's home, then this probably isn't the right fit for you.

Introducing Nālani and Mochi 🐾
These two bonded sisters joined my family in June this year, and honestly, I don't think I've ever had such amazing (and wonderfully chaotic) kittens. They are equal parts sweet, affectionate, and an absolute comedy show.
They're still very young, so their personalities are continuing to develop every day. With any luck, by the time the sit starts they'll have picked up a few extra brain cells along the way... although watching them launch themselves around the house suggests that may be optimistic. 🤣

Nālani and Mochi are strictly indoor-only cats and have never been allowed outside. Their safety is incredibly important to me, so any pet sitter would need to be mindful of doors, windows, and ensuring they remain securely indoors at all times.
Mochi (the little white one) is convinced she's the boss — whether Nālani agrees is another story! At night, she's a total snuggle bug and will come charging over with a purr so loud you'd think she had an engine inside her. When she's not in full turbo-zoomie mode with her sister, you'll usually find her stretched out in the sunshine on one of their cat towers.
Nālani is a little more independent, but she's just as affectionate in her own way. She'll often sleep with me or stop by for cuddles, and her purr is every bit as impressive as Mochi's. While Mochi is usually looking for her next adventure, Nālani is more likely to curl up beside you on the lounge for a quiet snuggle, until she gives in to Mochi and the chaos begins again.

Together, these two keep each other endlessly entertained. They love to wrestle, chase, climb, and create mischief, but they're also incredibly loving girls. If you're lucky enough to spend time with them, be prepared for plenty of laughs — they are genuinely the class clowns of the household and never fail to make me smile. 🤣❤️

Location
My home is in a fantastic location of Rockingham. If you enjoy walking and fresh air, I live right by the beautiful Lake Richmond, which offers a lovely ~3km walking track, plenty of pelicans to view.
In the opposite direction, about a 20 minute walk will take you to the Rockingham Beach Foreshore.
From there you can stroll along to the main strip which has some great cafés (Lu Lu’s is my favourite), along with a newsagent, BBQ areas and a small IGA.
Just beyond Lake Richmond there is also a larger IGA, Pharmacy 777, a newsagent and a few other specialty stores.
About the house
I haven’t lived here very long, but I absolutely love it already. The complex is quiet, safe, and very relaxed, so I would appreciate someone or a couple who is also respectful of this.
The home is a 2x2, and you’ll have your own bedroom and bathroom during your stay. There is Wi-Fi available along with a couple of streaming services.
Outside there’s a BBQ and outdoor setting you’re welcome to use. I would prefer a non-smoker and ask that there be no guests during your stay. I completely understand that this may feel like a holiday, but at the end of the day, this is still my home.

The house itself requires very little maintenance.
All I ask is that you are respectful, tidy, and treat my home as you would your own.
And most importantly — please do not let the cats outside, they are strictly indoor-only.

They’re very loved and very spoiled, so I’m looking for someone who will enjoy their company and give them every bit of attention while I’m away.

Daily care is pretty simple:
• Feeding
• Fresh water
• Litter trays cleaned twice daily
• Pats, cuddles and playtime, with an additional side of love ❤️
Most importantly, they must remain indoors at all times.
If you're looking for a peaceful place to stay with lake walks, beach sunsets, and two hilarious kittens who will keep you entertained, then Nālani and Mochi would love to meet you.
