Something a bit different
Completely off grid but only 15 mins to town.
Our little slice of paradise is nestled in the Rocksberg hillside with expansive views from Glasshouse Mountains to Moreton Bay.
Home to Blessing, an older inherited cat who keeps to herself, Tigger, and her two kittens Ginger and Finn (now over 6 months and still very affectionate and playful).
All cats are indoor cats as we love our wildlife which is rich and varied being a rural block.
You can collect and eat your own fresh eggs from our chickens who stay in their pen overnight but prefer to freerange during the day. The rooster is just one of the gang.
Hercules our older Staffy prefers company but mostly sleeps and of course eats. He gets stressed if left alone.
We have a self watering system for our orchard and veggies but our herbs and veggies on our deck will need regular watering.
We regularly eat from the organic garden so feel free.
We love our Moreton Bay area, under an hour to beaches of Bribie Island or Sunshine Coast yet equal distances to the Sunshine coast hinterland and a hop skip and jump to the rural townships of Woodford Kilcoy and various national parks.
