Looking for grey nomads with own self contained caravan to park up in our one acre yard while we are away.
* Power and water supplied
* Two patios. .with wifi and gas bbq.
* Our 'Wellshot hut' in the front tropical garden has a working wood stove for your use.
*5 chooks to look after..and enjoy the eggs.
*Gardens and the little greenhouse have automatic sprinkler system. Just need to monitor that they are working.
*There are some pot plants to water on the patios.
* There is a small vegetable garden. There may be a few things in there to water and use.
* Back yard is fenced.
* House sitter would need to be able to use a ride-on mower and whipper snipper when mowing is required.
* We are 8 km from a shopping centre with Woolworths Supermarket, Pharmacy etc.
* 9 km to closest dump point.
* 15 km to Rockhampton.
* The beautiful Capricorn Coast is a 30 minute drive away.
