About this house sitting position in Romsey

Single level brick and bluestone house. Was a hotel during the goldrush days. We are currently working our way through the house renovating a room at a time and also renovating the large garden.
Four bedrooms, 1 study, 1 bathroom, 1 toilets (at the moment). Plenty of offstreet parking with a walking track right at our front door.
Our 10 yr old Border Collie and 2 cats just need feeding and a little attention. Our 3 sheep require the same.
At the time of this ad we are 8 weeks away from welcoming a gorgeous Groodle puppy, who will be approx 6 months. Very excited.
Romsey is a lovely little town an hour north of Melbourne and 30 mins from Tullamarine Airport. We have lovely little restaurants and cafes, a hotel, 2 supermarkets and a service station. We are 30 minutes from Gisborne, Woodend & Kyneton, perfectly situated just over an hour from both Ballarat and Bendigo and all towns in between.
