Hello,
I’m Yuan and my doggie is Baxter.
We live in a two bedroom apartment, and with a female flatmate. It’s a modern apartment, very clean, neat, comes with projector, gym, swimming pool, sauna and bath. My room is a master room, visitor parking can be sorted, free street parking is close by.

Baxter is an American staffy, 9 years old, male, adopted. He is not very active. He loves human and attention. He is friendly to dogs in general, sometimes he is cautious and tend to chase dogs away if they walk towards us in a sneaky manner, but he doesn’t intend to attack.
He is toilet trained, doesn’t touch our stuff or furniture. I often walk him 2-3 times a day, on average 30-60mins per day. I’m happy to have a video call with you, for more details.

The apartment locates in a high-profile suburb call Rosebery, which has supermarket, cafes, restaurants, brewery around and is very peaceful.
