About this house sitting position in ROSEBUD

Single/couple non-smokers, cat lovers required for our shy 10yo cat Poppy. Three bedroom house with new bathroom, very comfortable minimalist style, large outdoor deck with couches to enjoy our pride and joy being our back garden and veggie patches.

We are 3km from the beach (bay) and 9km from Rye Ocean beach. Outdoor bath with hot/cold water to relax in under the stars in the backyard. Local shopping strip only 150m walk, Aldi, Woolworths, Coles, Rosebud strip shopping and plaza all within 5km.

Poppy is shy and sleeps mostly during the day and looks out the front windows most of the night. Outside on a long lead only, has done since a kitten as we use to live on busy roads. Has survived a fox attack once here so cannot be outside on the lead at night. She is shy with strangers so might stay under the bed for a the first few hours. She just needs food and water and kitty litter kept clean and a lap when she decides she wants one 😊.

We do require watering of garden, veggies , pots, by hand or sprinklers. No need to do any gardening or mowing but you're welcome to pick and enjoy any herbs and veggies that are ready.

There are so many cafes, wineries, golf courses, beaches, markets and attractions to enjoy while you are here you won't be bored. We have a large tv and Netflix as well.

Very helpful neighbour next door and son that is a builder in the area should you need anything.

We have a great back deck to enjoy the garden and sunshine. Happy to send more internal house pics through to individuals.
