About this house sitting position in Rosebud

We are a family of five going on a family trip up the east coast and we are looking for a house sitter. We have a 2 year old staffy x kelpie who is great with kids, adults and other dogs who will need to be cared for. Our house is in Rosebud Victoria, we are a 5 minute walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, supermarket, public transport and RSL. The dog park is a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk.

Our house has 3 bedrooms, living area, dining area, ensuite and bathroom, laundry and kitchen. We have wifi, 3 tvs and house stereo. We have a large deck with a table, bbq, smoker and outdoor Bluetooth music. The backyard has a fire pit area (currently being constructed) cubby house and shed.
There is also space behind the gate for a caravan or trailer. Our street is safe and welcoming and are surrounded by holiday houses.

We require a responsible person, couple, or family that can look after our house and dog whilst we are away. The appropriate candidate will have references as this our first time using this service.
