We live in a very quiet neighbourhood, and have a strictly no smoking, no house guests/visitors party or gatherings, and no loud music policy.

Unfortunately, we have had poor outcomes with previous house sitters allowing their family or friends, including children, to visit them while they house sit.

That is why we make it clear in our ad, no people on our property other than the housesitters.

We have the expectation that this request is respected and honoured.

If this restriction isn't going to work for you, we completely understand that we won't be a good fit, and if you wish to decline the house sit, we completely understand.

We are looking for respectful, house proud mature house sitter(s) to care for and look after our home, plants and 3 cats.

We have 2 playful 1 year old male cats. Storm(black) and Rain(silver tabby) and 6 year old Bella(Grey)

We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, dining/lounge, family room duplex. There is an outdoor patio with a living wall, with outdoor seating to enjoy an alfresco lunch or dinner.

Driveway parking is available.

If we have warm weather, watering of our living wall will be necessary.

It is a short walk to a small shopping centre with a small IGA and an extremely popular bakery with fabulous coffee.

If a larger shop is required, it is a short distance to 4 larger shopping centres and several pubs around the area to enjoy a meal out.

We are situated between 2 bus routes, both going through the city. The bus stops are a short walk from our home.

To reduce the anxiety and stress, of the cats and the house sitter(s) we would like the successful applicant(s) to be available for an introduction to the cats before you come to stay.
