About this house sitting position in Rossmoyne

We need a, preferably retired, caring person/couple to look after our dog and home. We have a single story home on a 875m2 block. Our 8 year old Irish Setter, Pepper (very small for her breed) sleeps nearly all day and night, needs walking (30-60 min) daily and loves attention. The walk in Rossmoyne is stunning, amazing for nature lovers, along the beautiful Canning River.
The large guest room has an en-suite and patio door.
There is a very large driveway for parking a caravan.
The garden is Mostly self-maintained natives with some lawn that will need a mow. Some plant pots to water. Maybe tinkering with reticulation if required. We have a lovely pool.
It’s a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.
We are away for 4 weeks from 15th Dec 2026 but we would ideally like the sitters to spend time to meet our dog before we go.
We are a 20 min drive to the beach/Fremantle/Perth city/golfcourses. We are a 2 minute walk to the IGA, cafe/restaurante, takeaways, pharmacy, post office.
A 7 minute drive to Woolworths/Coles/cinema/TK max/++.
A 5 minute bus journey to the train station then a 10 min train to Perth Station or 30/40mins to Mandurah.
