About this house sitting position in Royston

Royston is between Woodford and Kilcoy, about 40 minutes west of Caboolture. Woodford and Kilcoy are bustling country towns and both have IGAs, many cafes and hotels.

We have a 5 acre hobby farm with 2 beautiful Kelpies, 11 slightly indulged chickens and 3 spoiled sheep. While the chickens need feeding & water changed, the sheep only need fresh water. Our gardens (especially vegetable garden) and pot plants need to be watered. There is a pool but it will not require any maintenance for the short time we will be away.

Our house was renovated 7 years ago so is clean, neat and tidy with all modern conveniences. It is brick and tiles with timber look vinyl planks in bedrooms. We are non smokers.

We keep the yard well maintained and use both ride-on mower and hand mower to keep the grass under control.
