I live in a bright and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex with a small yard in a quiet cul de sac in a safe neighbourhood in Runcorn, Brisbane. The living room and main bedroom are air conditioned.

I live an older indoor cat and have a resident stray who has basically moved in now and has no interest in being an outdoor cat! Therefore, ideally you will be confident and comfortable with cats.

There are HEAPS of restaurants, parklands, bike paths and supermarket, cafes etc within 2 km. There are buses in walking distance and about a 1km walk to the train station. The house is an approximate 20 minute commute to the city via the Pacific Freeway.

I have NBN via cable.

Street parking available or if you have a small car and confident parking in tight spaces, the garage will be free.

I have factored in a night at either end for handover and possible delay.
