LATE CANCELLATION

I live in a bright and cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex with a small yard in a quiet cul de sac in a safe neighbourhood in Runcorn, Brisbane. The living room and main bedroom are air conditioned.

I live with an older indoor cat, Rosco, who is a fussy gentleman and a bit of a princess! He requires a daily tablet and, therefore, ideally you will be confident and comfortable with cats and their needs. He's shy at first but quickly warms up and loves to have someone around for company and chin scratches.

There are HEAPS of restaurants, parklands, bike paths and supermarket, cafes etc within 2 km. There are buses in walking distance and about a 1km walk to the train station. The house is an approximate 25 minute commute to the city via the Pacific Freeway.

I have NBN with free to air tv streaming services and free to air TV stations via aerial. You can log in your own account for your streaming preferences.

Street parking available in a quiet cul de sac.

I have factored in a handover on the Saturday night.
