About this house sitting position in Running Stream

We live on 40 ha 65km from both Mudgee and Lithgow. We have a large house, a big garden (pot plant watering only required), 2 beautiful moggy cats and fish in outside ponds. Countrylink buses are within 2km from our front gate to both Lithgow and Mudgee. Our cats sleep and are fed twice daily in a shed but enter the house each day. The cats like to be brushed. The fish are fed every second day in outside ponds.
