About this house sitting position in SAFETY BEACH

Small floor plan of 4 bed, 2 bath (incl a bathtub) home on level block, in a cul de sac, 7 mins walk to beach, 5 min drive to town, Woolies, 25 mins drive to Coffs Harbour on M1. Very good neighbours, delightful small beach town, safe, friendly. One tortoiseshell female cat, 7 yrs, a rescue who whilst is sometimes smoochy, doesn't like to be picked up. Always brought inside before sunset, and sleeps in various places in my home, including my bed. All doors and windows have key locks.
There are a number of interests for your leisure in Woolgoolga: walking or cycling tracks, beach walkers group, indoor bowls, monthly markets, Library, Community Garadens, Mens Shed, Tennis, Pilates, yoga, tai chi, Pickleball, Futsal, Zumba, Physie, Table Tennis and Ukelele classes.
You can park your vehicle in the front yard.
