About this house sitting position in Samford Valley

We are looking for a pet/garden/house sitter.
We are looking for a sitter for this short time and for in the future when we need longer times away.
We have a Thoodle, (Tibetan spaniel and poodle mix) and a very insolent cat.
Our home has 4 bedrooms, large block, large garden, 10 meter swimming pool, tennis court, security gates and 10 minute bike ride to Samford Village or 25 minutes to Chermside shopping centre by car.
Our departure date is 20/3/26 ( returning 27/3/26) however will need house sitter to arrive 19/3/26 as there are so many things to go over with you.

The garden does need to be watered. Our dog (Wellington) is an inside dog loving heaps of attention and may insist on sleeping in your room. The cat is very unpredictable and only kept as company for Wellington. Although she is rather lovely to look at... We do not have a TV, please let us know if this is a problem. Wifi is available. We love living here in this huge garden and spacious house.
