About this house sitting position in San Remo

Hi there, I am looking for a neat and tidy, dog adoring mature aged, female or couple to stay.
I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom seperate toilet, detached villa, location in San Remo on the sunny central coast.
Is in walking distance to the lake for an afternoon stroll. Is also, in walking distance to the lakeside shopping centre, which has coles, cafe, gym, butcher, pharmacy, newsagent and most of all local pub.
Is close to the M1 and Link motorway which both lead to Newcastle for a day out or Budgewoi and Soldiers Beach. The house has recently had a revamped, neat and tidy, small but humble.
Has a nice native garden, gets both mornings and afternoon sun which can be enjoyed whilst under the protection of front and back awnings and blinds.

I have a Labrador X Mastiff, he is a very good boy!
He is both human and dog friendly.
As his background isn’t very big he thrives on his daily walks and outings to socialise and get his exercise. He also gets a feed morning and night.
He sleeps inside in his own bed, although he is a bit of a lounge lizard and loves an after walkies nap and a cuddle on the lounge at night.
He is left outside when no one is home.
I am going away 1/4/25 - 12/4/25.
