About this house sitting position in Sandgate
2 storey large home close to the bay
1 beautiful cavoodle who loves time with humans, walks and play dates with his mates.
We have indoor plants that need some watering ( not too many)
A pool that is self cleaning and may need a top up with water occasionally.
We may have a 30+ year old student in the home at the time we require a sitter.
You and they Must be ok with this arrangement.
Separate kitchens bedrooms bathrooms and living areas but use of some common areas and the student enjoys time with our dog also but due to work commitments is not available to care for him independently.

“I had a wonderful time at Gemma's house looking after little Piccolo. Just one street back from the esplanade, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and cafes.
The house has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It was a bit cold for a swim but in Summer would be lovely to take a dip in their backyard pool.
Piccolo is a delight to look after. He is very sociable, loves walking on the beach meeting other dogs and people! He loves to play and will also snuggle up with you at night.
The area felt very safe, the neighbours were friendly and Gemma made me feel very welcome in her home. Any future housesitters will have a wonderful time at Gemma's place with Piccolo ☺️
