About this house sitting position in Sandstone Point , Bribie Island.

Our home is a 4 b/m brick home at Sandstone Point, with air conditioning, 65 inch tv , Foxtel & Stan .5 mins from beautiful Bribie Island with its 2 lagoon style beaches and a surf beach 15 mins away on the west side of Bribie. New 5 m pool . You will be required to take a pool sample to pool shop on Bribie Is.
Many walkways abound for those keen on a walk or bike ride.
Requirements, just to look after the house, mow lawns, garden and lawn watering when required plus water pot plants Every DAY when hot . Nothing too onerous, Lawns most likely only require one mow. No pets.
Looking for a mature RETIRED couple please, who preferably own their own home and are Qld based. Our guest room has a Queen bed. No camper vans or caravans. Prefer to meet prior to appointing if possible.
References required.

“We enjoyed our time at Geoff and Heather's home even though the weather wasn't the best and it rained 15 out of the 22 days. The rain destroyed a lot of the vegie garden and the flowers in the front garden, as they were water logged, which was a shame. Lots of information and instructions left for us. We were sending updates weekly which they asked for while they were away, so they were very aware of the rainfall. The lawn was mowed twice even though we were told not to worry if too wet but we wanted the yard looking nice for their return. Jay and Jim Browne ”
