About this house sitting position in SANDSTONE POINT

I live in a Sandstone Point, next to the Bribie Island, a wonderful holiday destination. It's a beautiful area. My home is in a new +50 Lifestyle Village, a safe and peaceful place, which also includes facilities within the complex including a swimming pool and recreation centre and all homes are free standing. My home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with the community Orchard directly opposite us. My home is very spacious and peaceful with a beautiful front large day bed that you can relax in and watch the birds and read a book.

My home was built in 2017 and extremely well maintained and I have a cleaner once a week as I have a disability. A king size bed, large leather lounge with recliner, excellent TV with streaming services and internet. I'm an artist so I do have a lot of art and art materials around. I will ensure they are packed away, however I'm open to you using some of my materials if you want to have some artistic fun.

My dog, Jax, is a 4 1/2 year old Silkypoo and a sweetheart. He loves the ball, walks and cuddles. As I've lived with pain and several surgeries, he will probably be anxious while I'm away as he has felt and lived my journey. He will need a few extra bits of love I imagine. He's a great Walker and very social.

I have ceiling fans, air-conditioning, coffee pod machine, washing machine and dryer plus line, king bed, airfryer, slow cooker, dishwasher, Webber BBQ and the weekly cleaner attending. My car will be in the garage so you will have to park in the front of my home or visitors. We can discuss the car if you come interstate and use this as your holiday.

As my home is within a complex, it is important that anyone staying is respectful of the area and community. I have many wonderful neighbours and, whilst I tend to keep to myself and have most close friendships out of this estate, I am very friendly and everyone will know Jax so they will say his while you walk him. He likes an am walk and a later afternoon one too.
