Welcome to Simms Cottage!
Our 1913 home has been recently renovated (with ducted heating and cooling) and is walking distance to shops, cafes and public transport. There is off street parking for 2 cars and also plenty of on street parking if needed. We have wonderful views of the Derwent River and Mt Wellington from the back deck. We are a 5-10min drive from the Hobart CBD, a 30-40min walk if you like walking.

We have two dogs - Josie, a 9 year old Golden Retriever and Hugo, a 5 year old miniature schnauzer. The dogs will require a daily walk, a daily feed and will need to be locked up at night to prevent them barking!

We also have one cat, Wizard. He gets fed morning and night. He is an indoor/outdoor cat (well known around the neighbourhood!) who needs to be locked in at night but can roam inside and outside during the day. His litter will need to be cleaned at least once during your stay.

If the weather is hot, the gardens and vegetable patches will need to be watered. There will be strawberries, raspberries, zucchinis and rhubarb for you to pick and enjoy!
