About this house sitting position in Sandy Bay

Obedience trained indoor German short haired pointer with designated sleeping area. Use of kitchen, living area , bedroom with en-suite , ground floor separate bathroom and laundry in exchange for taking care of Gus and one indoor goldfish and eight outdoor pond goldfish
.Gus is very chilled. Just loves company and a walk, ball throw and a cuddle on the couch. All of his food is pre/ prepared in the freezer. Lawn mowing with electric mower and watering of only one section of the garden as all other parts are on a watering system. Pulling the odd weed and cleaning the outdoor pond filter the only outdoor work required. Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children or additional
pets. The house is over three stories so stairs are involved to access bedroom and laundry. Kitchen, additional bathroom and two living areas on the ground floor. Extensive views over the water. BBQ also onsite.
