About this house sitting position in Scarborough

Our female Devon Rex 'Cosmo' can be very anxious at the start and needs time to trust new people. She can be very vocal when wanting her food, cuddles, play time or her litter tray tidied, sometimes in the early hours, but we're attempting to train out this habit.
She doesn't like loud, sudden noises and is 100% indoors only. When entering/exiting the apartment be careful to not let her out and do not leave doors open.
She can find new hiding spots or use old ones, so be careful if closing internal doors (wardrobe, bedroom, bathroom).
Fed morning and evening with mixture of two types of wet food and has dry food that is placed between 2 puzzles in the morning to keep her topped up during the day. Enjoys treats of dried chicken and can have small amounts of fresh, raw chicken.
Fresh water topped up every 2 days.
Kitty litter is checked throughout the day and business removed as close as possible to being done with litter topped up as she likes a clean tray.
Loves playing games with her wand toy and interaction when climbing her cat scratcher pole. Has a play mat with rechargeable toy that is replaced when battery runs out. Has a window hammock in master bedroom for sunny days.
Loves curling up under a rug on a lap and cuddles on the lounge.

We have 2 indoor pot plants that require small amount of watering as needed (generally every 2 weeks).

We are meticulous and house proud, highly organised (slight OCD) non smokers.

The location is a beachside 4th floor apartment in newly built building with East facing balcony and ocean views. Complex has a communal pool and a BBQ and lounge area around the pool. Two internal lifts that service the building, and fire stairs that exit to the front of the building.
Your bedroom has a double bed, 2 side cupboards and built-in robe with hanging space and drawers and full use of the main bathroom for your stay. The laundry in the apartment has a front loader washer and dryer and freestanding clothes airer. This is also where our Devon Rex has her wet food, water and kitty litter tray.
The apartment has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, overhead fans, induction cooktop, dishwasher, electric oven and 900W microwave.
There will be a single, secure undercover carpark available for you in the ground floor carpark.
There is a bakery, cafes, restaurants, Australia Post, BWS, chemist all within walking distance and bus stop in front of the building. Read more...
