About this house sitting position in Seaford

We live in a 3 bedroom , 2 story townhouse just off of the beach in beautiful Seaford. We have a small courtyard equipped with a barbecue and seating area along with a garage with a home gym if that's your style.
Paddleboard in the garage as well for anyone who wants to try stand up paddle boarding.

Kitchen with dishwasher and all the cooking tools/spices you might need.

Laundry machine in European laundry.

We have two bedrooms - the guest bedroom, where the sitter would stay,has a queen sized bed and split system heating/aircon.
The third room is an office with a stand up desk and 2 monitors to connect to - anyone needing to work from home is more than welcome to use.

-3 minute walk across Nepean Highway to the beach where it is also off lead for dogs.
-10 minute walk to the train station which takes you direct to the city (peak hours is express 40 mins to the city)
-20 min walk to a woolies or 4 minute drive, otherwise 5 min walk to an IGA express if you need something small
- We also have two pushbikes that you'll be able to use if you need

We have 2 French bulldogs aged 5 and 2. Requirements really would be to feed them twice a day and daily walk which can be stretched out to a walk every second day. They are very easy going dogs to watch, generally just keep themselves company and aren’t needy apart from wanting to snuggle up on the couch with you. We have a doggy door so if you are gone for longer periods of time the dogs can get in and out just fine for the toilet.

Couple of house plants that may need a water while we are gone as well.
