About this house sitting position in Seaford

Hello, I have a 2 bedroom spacious standalone unit in Seaford, Victoria. The house is located near shops, restaurants, woolworths and the beach is 4 min drive. I have a 5 year old Aussie Shepherd named Joey who is a lovely boy (toilet trained and basic discipline training complete). I need to go overseas from 18th Dec 26 to 10th Jan 27 and need someone to look after the property and the pup. The house-sitter won't need to do garden or cleaning as I'll arrange for cleaning services. The dog requires 2 walks a day (30 min and 1 hour) and need to be fed twice.
