Large air conditioned home in the township of a rural area on 1/2 acre of land! We have an inground pool for use and gardens that would need a bit of care, along with our dog Bear (who is 12yo). He is very friendly and affectionate. There’s a lovely big deck out the back with a sunny spot to lounge on and we also have a combustion fire for those cold winter nights. We have room to park a van if required!
Centrally located we are just 10min to Raymond Terrace and 15min to Morpeth, 20 minutes to Maitland and approx 45 minutes from Newcastle and Nelson Bay. Barrington Tops and Pokolbin wine country are great day trips also.
