About this house sitting position in Seaton

Hi!
We have a 3 bedroom home in Seaton around 3ks from the beach. We have a train station at the end of our road and about 1k from the nearest supermarket.
We have a Labrador puppy that is very well behaved and loves walks and attention. She does come inside on non carpeted areas, but also spends time happily outside. We are looking for a house sitter to care for our home and puppy as they would their own. We are in an older style house but we keep it very clean and neat, so would like house sitters to keep it that way! The puppy will require walking at least once per day and the lawn watering depending on weather. We have a large driveway with room for a caravan.
