About our home:
Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2 storey townhouse with a small yard. It's located in a small, gated community area. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and an ensuite. The other two bedrooms are set up as offices. In total there are 2.5 bathrooms plus an internal laundry with washer and dryer. The kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, stove, dishwasher and several small appliances including an airfryer as unfortunately our oven is broken. There are TVs with Chromecast/Apple TV in the loungeroom and bedroom. Split system air conditioning downstairs and in each bedroom.

Our kitchen and bathrooms are original so they are a bit dated and in need of renovation but still functional.

Seven Hills Train Station is a short 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. The Seven Hills Shopping Centre is also a 5 minute drive, or 15 minutes to Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown. It's a 35 minute train into the city or roughly 30 minute drive.

About our pets and plants:
We have a 10 year old male ginger tabby (Percy) and a 3 year old white tabby (Sully). They are both indoor cats but we have a netted cat area in the backyard where they can come in and out of the house. They are allowed on the furniture and will regularly sleep on the lounge or bed. We are looking for someone who will give them lots of love and treat them like their own while we are away.

We also have a salt water fish tank with one fish and a few corals. All that needs to be done is feeding the fish once per day and adding some nutrients with a measuring cup.

Our home and backyard are filled with plants which need regular watering. The outdoor plants have a watering system, so you just need to turn on the tap for an hour or so a couple times per week. The indoor plants get bottom-up watering in the sink about once per week. Read more...
