About this house sitting position in Seventeen Mile Rocks

Hello there! I'd like to find a cat lover to hang out with Jasmine during my holidays. She's 10 years old and loves company. She is an indoor cat and sleeps most of the day. She would like you to feed her, keep her litter clean and just hang out.

There are also 2 fish tanks and small birds living here. There is not much to do for them. For the fish, just feed them once every second day, and for the birds, change the water bowls and add food twice per week. It doesn't take more than 5 minutes. If the birds or fish worry you, please just let me know, I can find an alternative. The main reason for your stay is Jasmine.

The house is a high-set located in a nice residencial suburb called Seventeen Mile Rocks. The backyard is lovely, it is like a private little oasis! The house is fully furnished and includes a big kitchen, large balcony, bbq, comfy couch, smart TV, laundry. Internet is 5G unlimited. There is 1 main bathroom with separate toilet. You will likely hear some wildlife running on the roof at night, and may have some visitor possums at night on the balcony.

The area around the house is nice and green, with lovely parks located at walking distance (Rocks Riverside Park and Edenbrooke).

I'd recommend that you have a car when you stay here. There is access to public transport just a few minutes walk from the house, but this side of Brisbane is not very well connected. Nevertheless, if you are using public transport, it's not impossible. The closest train station is about 20min walk away and there is a bus under 5min walk away that can take you to the train station and/or the shops.

Note that there are often palm fronds falling in the yard but you won't need to do any yard maintenance if you don't want to. Ideally just water a couple of indoor plants once a week.
