Home in Queensland's highlands with open fire and central heating (run off wood stove). The house is spacious with 2 bedrooms set up with beds and other rooms for an office and art studio.
A lovely house with great outdoor living area with natural views, yet only 5 minutes (max) drive to the centre of Stanthorpe. The 40 acre property is a registered Nature Refuge but the greater part does not require any maintenance.
Feed and love one little dog, one cat and 13 chickens (in large cage). Feed the pond fish now and then.
Maintain the house and house garden, which has a small lawn and fish in 2 small ponds.
