My house is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, 2 storey unit in a complex of only 25 units. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the lounge room. It's a 10 minute walk to the Hyperdome shopping centre which also houses the Loganholme Bus Exchange. The unit complex has an outdoor pool that is available for use. Downstairs is a mixture of tiles and floating floorboards and upstairs where the bedrooms are is carpeted. There is WiFi and a chromecast should you wish to stream from your device.

I have an 11 yeard old miniature schnauzer cross female and according to her pet tracker she sleeps 21hrs of the day. She goes for one 10minute walk daily and loves treats.

I have a number of plants throughout the unit both inside and and out which just need a daily dose of natural light (open blinds) and big drink of water once a week.
